IT Manager / Head of IT (Team 4) | Salesforce experience preferred | HKD 50K - 70K / mth | Leading NGO

Our client is a reputable non-profit organisation in Hong Kong.

To strengthen their technology capabilities, they are looking for an experienced IT Manager / IT Head to lead their IT operations.

The successful candidate will manage a small team of 4–5 members, overseeing both infrastructure and applications, including CRM and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the IT team; develop and implement IT strategies and improvement initiatives
Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and information security
Manage and enhance business applications, especially Salesforce, CRM platforms, and internal systems
Improve data management and reporting capabilities to support business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand needs and deliver suitable technical solutions
Manage external vendors, including procurement, evaluation, and project coordination
Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of IT-related work experience, including at least 3 years in IT management or team leadership
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or related platforms
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (network/server/cloud) and application management
Experience in data analysis or reporting tools is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in NGOs or social service organisations is a plus (but not required)
